Acting as Main Contractor Optimus Facilities proudly delivered a full mechanical and electrical refurbishment for the Redmond Building, enhancing its efficiency and sustainability.
Our work included the replacement of ventilation systems and fan coil units (FCUs), along with the integration of advanced BMS controls for optimized performance. We also upgraded the lighting, small power, fire alarm, and data systems to improve safety, functionality, and energy efficiency and builders works.
This project formed part of a wider decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiative, ensuring a more sustainable future for the building.
